Having progressed quickly into a broker role, he has extensive experience working with clients to understand their insurance needs, maintain long-term relationships, and support them with tailored insurance solutions.

Before entering insurance, Dayna spent over a decade as a professional rugby player, representing teams in Australia and overseas. This experience has shaped his strong work ethic, resilience and ability to perform under pressure, qualities he now applies to delivering great outcomes for his clients.

Dayna holds a Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) and is known for his proactive approach, clear communication, and commitment to continuous improvement.
